About Kait
I began my career as a biologist because I wanted to help people, but I ended up hyper focused on climbing the corporate ladder instead.
Everything else in my life came second to that. I sacrificed many things to get promotion after promotion and prove to the outside world that I was worthy of being at the top.
While packing up to go home after an 11- hour day, I looked around my office to admire its large window, my beautifully framed degrees, and all the employee excellence awards and patents on the shelves. Instead of feeling a sense of “having it all,” I felt a sort of a vacuum, a void, the hollow place where joy should have been.
I realized that I had lost myself in pursuit of my goals because I was not pursuing them from a place of joy. I was charging towards them through a fog of burnout.
In 2019, I was fortunate enough to begin my healing journey with a Life Activation. This journey gave me the tools to undergo deep transformation - so deep in fact, that I couldn’t stop at just getting healed. I needed to become the healer to help others that were exhausted and burnt out like I was.
This deep spiritual transformation has enabled me to live a life of joy. I’m able to bring that joy to my healing practice as well as my corporate job, which I love. It turns out I could have it all! It just required some healing and a new perspective.
As I originally intended… I get to help others progress as I did, and I get to help them see that they can live a joyous life, full of purpose. Through the various healing modalities that I offer, I can help you to heal and release the fear, anger, and limiting beliefs that are holding you back from living your purpose.

Advanced studies
Kait has studied in the Modern Mystery school for 6 years.
She is a certified Life Activation Practitioner, Healer, and 2nd step Ritual Master in the ancient Lineage of King Salomon. Through her certifications she is able to offer more than 15 healings, all of which are designed to bring you into alignment and heal you on a deep spiritual level.
Kait also holds an M.S. in Molecular Biology from Binghamton University and an MBA, with a concentration in Strategy and Marketing, from Boston University. Kait has worked at 3 Fortune 500 companies, in various business operations roles. She combines her real-world corporate experience with her business training, to devise growth strategies for businesses ranging in size from $10K all the way up to $300M. She utilizes her scientific training to approach business problems methodically and analytically.
