  • Booking a consultation is easy!

    Simply contact Kait via the contact form above to schedule your complimentary session. We look forward to connecting with you.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. To support both your needs and our ability to serve all clients with care and consistency, we kindly ask that you review the following cancellation policy: 

    • Rescheduling: You’re welcome to reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. Just give us a call to make any changes. 

    • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

    • No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations: These will be charged the full session fee. 

    Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our time together.

  • To make the most of your experience, we recommend the following: 

    • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. 

    • Bring water and optionally a notebook and pen to capture any reflections or insights after your session. 

    • Please avoid mind-altering substances (including alcohol and recreational drugs) for at least 24 hours before your session. 

    • Most importantly, arrive with an open mind and open heart—ready to receive, reflect, and grow.
